I’m served by a cheery Irish chap whom I don’t know if he’s Sean himself but like everything else he's also totally green or at least wearing a big green apron to match the big Irish cartoon font on the signage and generally green paint and decorations that have been festooned all over the premises. So long as the pies aren’t green! I’m served up a big oblong, pie (served cold again – do people not eat pies on the fly around here?) it's substantially packed in flavour, rich potatoes and hearty slabs of meat, with a tasty savoury gravy flowing through.
