It comes wrapped in newspaper but news just in, this is an impressive effort from Preston's premier pie candidate. It’s a messy looking crust yet it is deliciously soft and tender and evidently has been nowhere near a machine and, as advertised, predominantly potato with a small layer of mince on top. The sort of pie where you suck the filling out rather than bite into it. Lovely.
