Despite turning me down for summer work in 1995, I bear no grudge against Pork Farms. It’s dark and moody and mass produced but contains lots of fine, well seasoned pork meat insulated by a generous coat of tangy jelly. I only meant to eat half but you know what it’s like when you get going, the nutritional info says “serves 4”. Gone in two minutes, lovely
