Percy's Pork Pie

A simply amazing melt in the mouth pie at a stunning price. It is slightly unusual in that it seems a little bit more shortcrust rather than hot water pastry yet it is tender, crisp and perfectly formed. There is a deep clump of pinky, reddish sausage meat, wrapped in a good half inch of the most sublime luscious molten jelly, which slops out everywhere, initiating an impromptu game of cat and mouse.
