Firm texture and again slightly shortcrust, scored twice across the top. Hint of unevenness but not enough to make it fall to pieces. It was eaten hot out of the oven on recommendation. Filled to the brim and squared off. No ice cream scoop used here and an above average growler size with a robust sausage flavour, not too peppery and smothered in jelly
