Morrison's Meat and Potato Pie

This has the potential to score very, very highly with its unique embroidered, oh alright then STAMPED crust rim but I feel it’s a touch crumbly and hard to manage and it nearly falls to pieces in my hands. The insurance of a foil tray underneath is a necessary pre-requisite I’m afraid, as bits are prone to come randomly slopping out. Inside, there are squared off cubes of potato, rich flavour intense mince, all in a creamy gravy, which in its desire to find some space, jumps out of the pie and into my hands
