I decided (foolishly) to heat this up at home. Unfortunately, the jelly which serves as a layer of insulation melts in the oven and the meat becomes loose. Thus resulting in me suffering the ignominy of chasing a scoop of sausage meat after it has jumped out of the pie and is rolling around the kitchen. That aside, it was a good size for a growler and a splendid aperitif for today's proceedings. Except I had it the day after.
