It's peppery pie perfection! Sometimes you just know when you've got a winner on (in) your hands and this was it. A delightfully soft crust perfectly formed with a firm base whilst inside there is a ferocious tsunami of sloppy potato and fiery, peppery mincemeat. Occasionally it recedes but there's pepper lurking within this beast circling like a shark in potatoey waters ready to bite.
