A decorative oval shaped pie with a map of Dorset in the top crust. The cheesy bit a touch subtler than I'd expected and takes a while to register but it gets there in the end and when it does it lingers as I chomp through the filling which is so porky it oinks as I bite into it. Complimented with a generous helping of jelly and a fair old wedge of sausage meat encased in a hot water pastry, this is a little stunner of a pie.
