Mcley's Meat and Potato Pie

Delicately soft pastry, with a crisp crunchy casing underneath, it smoulders like hot lava in my hands and smells divine. There is a very lucid mix of hot meat and veg which has me drooling. Fresh crunchy potatoes with hints of pepper
