Hopkin's Pork Pie

Slicing it in half is a tester but when I get there I'm hit with a stunningly fresh aroma of sausage meat, and a little bit of jelly wriggles out and makes good it's escape. The meat feels a little tough and coarse to begin with but it is tantalisingly rich and all consuming on the tastebuds with the jelly, almost in liquid form getting free reign to soak itself into the pork. Cap well and truly doffed.
