I will attempt to keep this brief - because - "LIFE OF PIES" THE BOOK WENT TO THE PRINTERS LAST NIGHT!!!!
Yes, the toil and torment is over and now it's the waiting game until it hits the streets whilst battling back technical snags.
Anyway, here's another pie. Following on from yesterday, I also got another pie the day I dropped into the Penmaenmawr Spar - this one from TJ Parry-Jones & Daughters. You can almost sense the regret that he didn't have any sons in the name can't you?
Not a chance - because the pie, like it's producer is a fair old mouthful. Absolutely rammed with cubes of mince and potato. An intensely packed treat from the Conwy valley. Some pies stick a raised roof on their top crust and leave it completely empty, but not this one! Oh no! It's an absolute blinder!
